Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Blue Ocean Pool Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Appointments

Blue Ocean Pool Services will make reasonable efforts to arrive at scheduled appointment times. Service appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Blue Ocean Pool Services regarding:

• Service appointment reminders and confirmations

• Technician arrival notifications

• Service completion updates

• Account and billing notifications

• Seasonal maintenance reminders

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. A service charge may apply to past-due accounts.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled services. A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or for missed appointments.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and clear access to your pool area for our technicians. Please secure pets and remove any obstacles that may impede service. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsecured pets or hazardous conditions on your property.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Ocean Pool Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
